Ohio Tax-Free Weekend Is Coming to Painted Cowgirl
Back-to-school season is officially here and Ohio’s Sales Tax Holiday is the perfect time to get everyone ready for the year ahead!
From Friday, August 7 through Sunday, August 9, qualifying clothing priced at $75 or less per item can be purchased without Ohio sales tax.
At Painted Cowgirl Western Store, that means you’ll find plenty of qualifying options throughout our kids’, women’s and men’s departments, including select:

- Dresses, skirts and shorts
- Jackets and outerwear
- Footwear priced at $75 or less

Can’t make it to the store? Qualifying online purchases placed and paid for during the Sales Tax Holiday are also eligible for the exemption. Our website remains open throughout the weekend, including Sunday.
Please remember that the $75 limit applies to the price of each individual clothing item, not the total amount of your purchase. Items priced at $75.01 or more will remain taxable.
