Returns:

Returns and Exchanges must be received within 30 days The return period spans from the day product is received by customer until the day Painted Cowgirl receives the product back in store. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping product back to Painted Cowgirl. No call tag or return label will be included or issued to customers from Painted Cowgirl. 

To be eligible for a return, products must be returned in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging. Product must have original tags and must not have been worn, laundered, or altered from its original condition. If you are returning boots or shoes that are in a box, they must be in a shipping box or wrapped to prevent damage to original box packaging. 

 

RETURNING / EXCHANGING TO PAINTED COWGIRL WESTERN STORE

You must complete our Merchandise Return Form before returning any merchandise to Painted Cowgirl Western Store.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Customers with Returns/Exchanges have the following options:

  1. Refund original method of payment. Only If the item is not in original condition or not properly packaged and therefore damaged in shipping,  a 10% re-stocking fee will apply.
  2. Exchange for a different item or the same item in a different size. The only expense is the cost of shipping the boots back to Painted Cowgirl. We ship your first exchange for free.

Non-returnable items:

1. Gift Cards

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.*

Refunds (if applicable)
 

Once your return is received and inspected, if approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. This can vary depending on your bank's processing time.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
If you need to exchange an item for the same item in a different size, send us an email at

Paintedcowgirlwesternstore@gmail.com or call us at 419-752-3090 and then send your item to: 40 Main Street Greenwich Ohio US 44837 with a note on the packing slip/receipt stating what you'd like to exchange for. The shipping costs for the item being exchanged to be sent back to Painted Cowgirl is the buyer's responsibility. Painted Cowgirl will ship the exchange item back to the customer for free.
