From unpacking new arrivals and photographing products to hand-picking orders and helping customers find the perfect pair of boots, every member of our team plays an important role in bringing Painted Cowgirl to life.

Amy Bond
Founder & Owner
Painted Cowgirl Western Store began with Amy’s passion for western fashion, quality boots, and creating a place where customers feel genuinely welcomed.
Nearly two decades later, that vision continues to guide everything we do.
From selecting exclusive boots and planning new collections to working alongside the team every day, Amy remains deeply involved in nearly every aspect of the business. Her goal has always been simple; treat every customer the way she’d want to be treated and offer products she truly believes in.
If you’ve ever wondered why Painted Cowgirl feels different than a big-box retailer, it starts with Amy.
Kala
Store Manager
Kala is Amy’s right-hand woman and one of the biggest reasons everything runs as smoothly as it does.
While customers may not always see her on the sales floor, she’s constantly working behind the scenes managing inventory, coordinating incoming shipments, organizing new arrivals, and helping oversee countless day-to-day operations.
If you’ve ever been surprised by how quickly a new product made it online or how organized the store feels, there’s a good chance Kala had something to do with it.
Faith
Shipping Manager
If you’ve placed an online order, there’s a very good chance Faith picked, packed, and shipped it.
Faith oversees our shipping department and coordinates orders throughout the United States and Canada. She takes incredible pride in making sure every package leaves our store with the same care she’d want if it were arriving at her own front door.
She’s the reason thousands of Painted Cowgirl packages safely find their way home every year.
Billing & Accounts Payable
Susan may joke that she’s the queen of the Irish goodbye, but behind the scenes she’s one of the biggest reasons everything stays organized.
She manages billing and accounts payable while also assisting Amy and Kala with product listings, HR paperwork, and many of the administrative tasks that keep the business running day after day.
Most customers never see Susan on the sales floor, but people like Susan are the backbone of a successful small business.
Adria
Marketing & Social Media
If you’ve stopped to admire a product photo, read one of our Facebook posts, watched one of our videos, or received one of our emails, chances are you’ve already seen Adria’s work.
Amy’s daughter and our resident hat expert, Adria manages marketing, social media, photography, and much of the creative content that shares Painted Cowgirl with customers around the world.
She’s usually the one behind the camera, not in front of it, and loves telling the stories behind the boots, hats, brands, and people that make Painted Cowgirl special.
Lindsay
Merchandising & Sales Floor Lead
Lindsay has quickly become an important part of our team.
She’s the creative mind behind many of the displays, outfit pairings, floor layouts, and merchandising ideas that help bring our store to life.
Whether you’re looking for outfit inspiration or simply enjoy browsing through the store, you’ve likely experienced Lindsay’s work without even realizing it.
Tami
Kids Store Manager
Whether you’re shopping for baby’s very first boots, back-to-school outfits, fair season, or everyday western wear for your little ones, Tami is here to help.
She manages our Kids Store while also assisting Faith in our shipping department, making her an important part of both the in-store and online customer experience.
Helping families find pieces they’ll love watching their children grow into is one of her favorite parts of the job.
Molly
Sales Associate
Molly has been part of the Painted Cowgirl family for years and has built lasting friendships with many of our customers along the way.
Whether she’s helping someone find the perfect pair of boots or making everyone laugh with one of her many funny moments that end up on our social media, Molly brings personality and genuine care to every interaction.
Cadence
Sales Associate & Hat Artist in Training
Cadence has developed quite the eye for jewelry and western accessories.
If you’ve ever walked away with “just one pair of earrings”… only to leave with the matching necklace too… there’s a good chance Cadence had something to do with it.
She’s also learning the art of hat shaping and custom hat work, making her an exciting part of the next generation of Painted Cowgirl craftsmanship.

Behind every busy weekend, holiday season, trade show, community event, and special promotion is an incredible group of part-time team members who jump in wherever they are needed.
Whether they’re helping customers on the sales floor, preparing for events, assisting with inventory, or making sure everything runs smoothly during our busiest times, their hard work helps make Painted Cowgirl what it is.
