Do you offer Sezzle?

Yes! Sezzle is available on eligible purchases of $150 or more.

With Sezzle, you can split your purchase into four interest-free payments. Approval and payment schedules are determined by Sezzle.

Does Sezzle affect my credit score?

No. Using Sezzle does not affect your credit score, and there is no interest when payments are made on time.

Do you have a rewards program?

Yes! You’ll earn 1 point for every $1 spent on eligible purchases.

Every 500 points unlocks an additional 5% reward level, up to a maximum of 15% in rewards.

Do you offer military discounts?

Yes! We proudly offer a 10% military discount on eligible in-store purchases.

Can I use more than one discount?

Discount codes, rewards, and promotional offers generally cannot be combined unless otherwise stated.

Some brands, western hats, clearance merchandise, and final sale items may also be excluded from additional discounts

Do you sell gift cards?

Yes! Gift cards are available in multiple amounts and make the perfect gift for any western enthusiast.

Shipping

How much does shipping cost?

We offer FREE standard U.S. shipping on qualifying orders of $250 or more. ** Excludes Western Hats **

Shipping charges for all other orders are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address, package size, and shipping method.

Western Hats and certain oversized items may require additional shipping charges.

Do you ship to Canada?

Yes! We currently shipped throughout the United States and Canada.

Simply enter your shipping address during checkout to view the available shipping methods and rates.

Canadian customers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, customs fees, or import charges.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we only ship within the United States and Canada.

How quickly will my order ship?

Orders are processed as quickly as possible, during normal business hours.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that order processing time is separate from the shipping carriers transit time.

Can I change my shipping address after placing my order?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us immediately at orders@paintedcowgirlwesternstore.com or (419) 752-3090

We’ll do everything we can to update your shipping information before your order leaves our store. Unfortunately, once an order has shipped, we cannot make address changes.

My tracking says “Delivered,” but I can’t find my package.

We recommend:

Checking around your delivery location.
Asking neighbors or members of your household.
Contacting the shipping carrier directly

If you’re still unable to locate your package, please reach out to us. We’ll gladly help review the tracking information and guide you through the next steps.

My package is delayed.

Once your order leaves our store, delivery times are determined by the shipping carrier.

While we can’t guarantee carrier transit times, we’re always happy to help review your tracking information and answer any questions about your shipment.

Why can’t some exotic leather boots be shipped to my state?

Certain states have regulations that restrict the sale or shipment of products made from specific exotic leathers.

Restrictions may apply to products made from materials including:

Kangaroo
Teju, Nile, or Ring Lizard
Hippopotamus
Caiman
Crocodile
American Alligator
Shark
Stingray

If an item cannot legally be shipped to your location, will contact you as soon as possible to discuss your options

Returns & Shipping

Can I return my order if it doesn’t fit?

Absolutely! Most eligible items may be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.

To qualify, items must be returned in new, unworn condition with their original tags and packaging, and your return must be postmarked within 30 days of the delivery date. For complete details, please visit our Returns & Exchanges Policy.

What items cannot be returned?

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

Clearance and Final Sale merchandise
Gift Cards
Perfume and Cologne
Boxer Briefs

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

Yes. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of an error made by Painted Cowgirl Western Store.

If you’d like, we’re happy to provide a discounted UPS return label. The cost of the label will simply be deducted from your refund.

For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Can I exchange my purchase?

Yes! Exchanges must meet the same eligibility requirements as returns.

Because inventory changes quickly, we recommend contacting us before sending your return so we can help reserve your replacement item whenever possible.

Your first exchange shipment back to you is FREE. ** Excludes Western Hats **

How long do refunds take?

Once your return arrives, please allow 3-5 business days for inspection and processing.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 3-10 business days for the funds to appear.

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

How do I start a return?

Returning an item is easy.

Securely package your item in its original packaging.
Ship your return to our Returns Department.

Prefer to use our discounted UPS shipping rate? Contact us at orders@paintedcowgirlwesternstore.com, and we’ll email you a prepaid UPS shipping label.

If you choose to use our label, the cost will simply be deducted from your refund.
