Holiday Returns & Exchanges — FAQs

The holidays are meant to be joyful, not stressful. And while we do our very best to help everyone find the perfect fit, we also know that sometimes gifts need a little adjusting.


If you received a Christmas gift from Painted Cowgirl Western Store that isn’t quite right, here’s how returns and exchanges work so you know exactly what to expect.


We’re happy to accept returns and exchanges on items that are in perfect, like-new condition, with tags attached, and that have not been worn, washed, or altered. Items must also be returned in their original box and/or packaging.


Our standard return window is 30 days, beginning the day your order is delivered and ending once we receive the item back in-store.


To make holiday gifting a little easier, we do offer an extended return window for Christmas purchases. Orders placed between November 10 and December 15 qualify for up to 60 days to return or exchange an item. All standard return requirements still apply during this extended period.


To start a return or exchange, please include a completed Merchandise Return Form with your item. One was included in your original package, but if you no longer have it, you can download and print a new copy from our website. Customers are responsible for return shipping, and original shipping costs are non-refundable.


If you’re exchanging for a different size and aren’t sure what to choose, please don’t hesitate to reach out before sending your item back. We’re always happy to help you find the best fit the second time around.
